Complaints & Content Removal Policy

At SmokingHunks.com, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and lawful environment for all users and contributors. We take all complaints regarding content seriously and follow a clear process to review and, if necessary, remove material that violates our policies or applicable laws.

1. How to File a Complaint

If you believe that a video hosted on SmokingHunks.com violates our Terms of Service or contains infringing, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material, please contact our Content Complaints Department at wayne@smokinghunks.com.

When submitting a complaint, please include:

• The URL or title of the video in question
• A detailed description of the issue
• Any evidence supporting your claim
• Your name and contact information for follow-up

2. Review Process

All complaints are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt. Our team will assess the complaint based on:

• The nature of the content and its compliance with our Terms of Service
• Applicable copyright, privacy, or decency laws
• Whether the content violates community or site guidelines

If additional information is required, we will contact you by email.

3. Decision and Response

After review, we will provide a written response via email explaining our decision. If a violation is confirmed, the content will be removed or restricted as appropriate.

If no violation is found, the content will remain available unless further evidence is presented.

4. Appeal Process

If you disagree with our decision, you may submit an appeal within 48 hours of receiving the response. Appeals must be made in writing via email to wayne@smokinghunks.com, clearly stating the reasons for the appeal and any new supporting evidence.

All appeals will be reviewed by a different member of our team. Once the appeal decision is made, it is considered final.

5. Policy Enforcement

SmokingHunks.com reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly post or upload content that violates these rules.
